Job summary

JOBSTER PRIVATE LTD. seeks a Service Engineer (Control System) to manage after‑sales activities, including site commissioning, maintenance, upgrades and retrofits, while performing I/O loop tests, troubleshooting, and SAT at client sites. Strong communication and 2–3 years in automation are required.

The candidate will work with PLC/RTU/SCADA/DCS knowledge and industrial protocols, ensuring safety and quality across projects in Singapore.

Qualifications

2–3 years of experience in automation or control systems (DCS/PLC/RTU).
University degree in electrical/electronic engineering or industrial automation.
Track record of site commissioning & servicing exposure.
Good interpersonal communication skills.
Customer oriented but results driven.
A good team player with proactive problem solving.

Responsibilities

Responsible for control system after-sales activities including site commissioning, maintenance, servicing, expansion, upgrade and retrofitting projects.
Perform I/O loop tests, troubleshooting, functional tests, and Site Acceptance Tests (SAT) at site.
Maintain regular contact with site customers for smooth execution and rapid resolution of issues.
Participate in client/contractor meetings and resolve technical or engineering issues.
Report early any technical/contract/quality/cost issues with recommendations for resolution.
Apply safety rules and environmental responsibilities and report unsafe practices.
