Job summary

GMP Technologies is seeking a Field Service Engineer (Home Appliances) based in Singapore. The role involves attending service repairs, installation, and maintenance of home appliances at customer sites, and collaborating with trainers for service improvements.

You will be the primary contact for customers on technical issues, manage payments related to service jobs, and may perform on-site sales of maintenance products.

Qualifications

• Experience in servicing home appliances.

Responsibilities

• Provides Installation and maintenance of home appliances.
• Troubleshoot and maintain at customers site.
• Work closely with Technical Trainers to identify, share and discuss for service improvements and completion of jobs.
• Maintain and Manage customer relations. Acting as Point of contact for customers on technical and service-related issues.
• Payment collections and related until closure for service jobs done.
• On-site sales of services, appliances for replacements and/or maintenance products.
• Perform parts pre-prepping activity as required.

Responsibilities

Field Service

Stocks Management

• Maintaining and responsible for vans stock issued for daily requirements
• Participation in stock take (Half-Yearly)

Technical Sharing

• Participation in technical feedback to improve overall product and/or service quality.
