Job summary

PERSOL Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking an IT support professional to provide onsite and remote assistance for servers, PCs, and IT infrastructure. The role includes installing and maintaining Microsoft 365, Azure, and cloud-based solutions, plus troubleshooting and upgrades at customer sites.

The ideal candidate will have 1 year of IT support experience and strong knowledge of Windows Server and Active Directory, with travel to client sites as needed. Fresh graduates may be considered.

Qualifications

• ITE/Diploma or higher in IT, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in IT support, infrastructure, or field services; fresh graduates may be considered.
• Knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, TCP/IP, DNS, and general IT troubleshooting.
• Experience in a System Integrator (SI) environment, MCSE certification, or virtualization technologies is an advantage.
• Comfortable travelling to customer sites for support and project work on an as-needed basis.
