Job summary

You will be responsible for achieving daily targets, maintaining a steady flow of sales, updating orders via messaging apps, and following up on overdue invoices. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer and open new customer relationships
• Input Sales orders accurately and promptly
• Coordinate with customers to ensure timely deliveries
• Visit customers according to the prescribed visit route
• Achieve daily sales and distribution targets
• Maintain a steady daily flow of sales and activities
• Update customer orders in WhatsApp and WeChat groups
• Follow up on overdue sales invoices with customers
• Ensure sales documents are in order and provide data to accounts for invoicing
• Ensure payments are received from customers
