Carrier Singapore (Pte) Limited is seeking a Sales Support Manager to supervise a regional team based in Singapore, ensuring exceptional service delivery, accurate order processing, and efficient parts fulfilment.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, problem-solving, and a track record of improving customer service operations in a regional context, with expertise in export and SAP Sales Order module.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, economics, finance or related discipline required.
• 5–7 years in sales support, order management or customer service roles.
• Experience supervising teams in regional or cross-country setups is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and supervise the regional Sales Support team in Singapore.
• Oversee end-to-end sales order management and parts fulfilment.
• Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Purchasing, Technical and Finance teams.
• Develop dashboards and analytics using Power BI; monitor KPIs.
• Act as escalation point and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
