Job summary

SING BROTHERS HARDWARE PTE. LTD. is seeking an Outdoor Sales Executive to grow our industrial hardware client base across Singapore. You’ll conduct proactive field visits, propose tailored solutions, and manage key accounts to drive revenue and long-term relationships.

You should have 2–3 years of B2B sales experience, strong communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work independently with field customers. A valid Class 3 license and own vehicle are preferred for site visits.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of B2B sales experience or business development.
• Driven, self-motivated and comfortable engaging decision-makers in the field.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Build & scale accounts: manage and strengthen existing accounts while identifying upsell opportunities.
• New business development: drive market outreach and map out potential accounts across industrial sectors.
• On-site client engagement: conduct daily market visits and tailor product solutions to customer pain points.
• Proposal to closure: prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, follow up on feedback, close sales opportunities.
• Market intelligence: gather competitor pricing and industry trends to keep offerings competitive.
