Lian Seng Hardware Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks a Sales Engineer to bridge technical capabilities with customer needs. This full-time role in the Gul Circle West Region focuses on identifying opportunities, presenting tailored hardware and fabrication solutions, and building strong relationships with key accounts.

You will combine technical know-how with consultative sales to drive revenue growth, collaborate with operations, and deliver value through reliable service and post-sale support.

Formación

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering is required.
• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant sales experience in hardware/engineering sectors.
• Strong technical understanding and ability to communicate value to non-technical audiences.
• Proven track record in building long-term customer relationships.

Responsabilidades

• Prospect new clients via cold calls and site visits to grow market share.
• Assess customer needs and present hardware, machining, and fabrication solutions.
• Manage key accounts as main contact to drive repeat business.
• Prepare quotations, technical documentation, and negotiate contracts to close deals.
• Collaborate with internal operations and sales teams to ensure delivery.
• Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
• Provide post-sale support and identify upsell opportunities.
