Job summary

Biobot Surgical Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks a Downstream Product Manager to ensure post-release success of Mona Lisa products. You will coordinate between product development, sales, applications, and clinical support to ensure field readiness and accurate messaging across regions.

The role reports to the CTO and involves global coverage, including the US and China, with a focus on field adoption, training, and documented communications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Biomedical Engineering or related field.
• 3 to 5 years of downstream product management or related experience.
• Experience with release planning, training, and field rollout is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate between product development and commercial teams on field releases.
• Build and manage field release plans, scheduling, and readiness reviews.
• Own release messaging, documentation, and training for internal and external users.
• Capture field feedback post-release and prioritize improvements in the backlog.
