seeks a Downstream Product Manager to drive post-approval product changes into the field, ensuring adoption, clear communication, and proper training worldwide, including US and China offices and distributors. The role manages field actions with Quality support and reports to the CTO, focusing on field deployment and regulatory alignment across the Mona Lisa robotic platform family and accessories.

Responsibilities

• Commercial and Field Coordination: act as the single point of coordination between product development and the commercial organization—sales, applications, clinical support, marketing and customer service—on releases reaching the field, aligning with account priorities and regulatory/local conditions.
• Field Release Management: build and run the field release plan for software, firmware, hardware and accessories, coordinating upgrade scheduling, logistics, and post-install verification, ensuring traceability and quality.
• Release Communications and Product Messaging: own the communication plan for every release, write release notes and change summaries, translate engineering changes to clear messaging for clinical, technical and commercial readers.
• Training and Enablement: design and deliver training on new features and fixes for internal audiences such as applications, service and field engineering.
