Job summary

Biobot Surgical is seeking a Senior Commercial Manager to lead regional sales and drive commercial growth across Asia-Pacific markets. You will own the sales pipeline, manage distributors, and build relationships with hospitals and clinicians to accelerate adoption of Biobot Surgical technologies.

You will collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Operations teams to coordinate demonstrations, training, and market-development initiatives while ensuring accurate forecasting and governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Biomedical science or related field.
• 10 years of commercial, sales and distributor management experience in medical devices/MedTech.
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets in healthcare markets.
• Experience across Southeast Asia and Asia-Pacific markets; manage distributors and hospitals.

Responsibilities

• Own regional sales and commercial performance targets with distributors and partners.
• Develop country-level sales plans and go-to-market strategies based on market potential.
• Manage distributor accountability, forecasts, and performance reviews.
• Develop direct relationships with hospitals, urologists, and key opinion leaders.
• Coordinate product demonstrations, training, and cross-functional support.
• Maintain CRM records, forecasts, and commercial governance in line with SOPs.
