Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications: MS in Chemistry, Physics, Material Science, or related field; or BS with 2+ years of relevant work experience.
Proficiency in computer applications including data analysis tools, word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software.
Excellent communication and customer relationship skills.
Ability to work in a cleanroom environment and on-call if needed.

Responsibilities

Provide process support and installation at customer sites.
DOE evaluations to characterize process windows for new installations or modifications.
Develop new processes for small variants to existing customer applications.
Conduct experiments, analyze data, generate reports, and provide recommendations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and customers to understand needs and roadmaps.
Represent Lam to customers and deliver exceptional satisfaction.
