Job summary

LINCSTECH CIRCUIT SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a capable engineer to study and support new technology, driving improvement initiatives. You will design test vehicles, run DOE studies, collect data and produce analyses for evaluation.

Coordination with multiple departments and vendors is required to introduce innovations. You will monitor early mass production issues and implement corrective actions as part of continuous process optimization.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering Technology is required.
• Strong engineering concepts and fundamentals are essential.
• Familiarity with SPC, PFMEA and DOE methods is preferred.

Responsibilities

• In-depth study, support and development of new technology and improvement capability.
• Design test vehicle, conduct DOE, data collection and analysis.
• Liaise with vendor for evaluation and prepare technical report.
• Coordinate with various departments for new technology introduction.
• Monitor initial mass production performance, resolve issues and make improvement plans.
