Job summary

Lam Research in Singapore is seeking a graduate Field Service Engineer to install, relocate, and service Lam etch, deposition, and clean equipment at customer sites. You will perform startup, diagnostic, preventive maintenance, and on-site support.

Responsibilities

• Install and/or relocate equipment at customers’ sites and perform startup, cut over and checkout activities.
• Provide warranty tool support or paid service for out-of-warranty tool via on-site preventive maintenance and diagnostics.
• Apply troubleshooting to eliminate malfunctions and determine corrective actions; replace defective parts when needed.
• Implement ECOs, perform field modifications, and carry out Tier 2 process qualification work.
• Prepare and maintain logs, service records, and diagnostic updates; manage reports and customer communications.
