Job summary

LASERVALL PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an experienced Process & Application Engineer to lead machine process optimization, run customer samples, and validate process parameters for high-precision micro-laser manufacturing in micro-electronics.

You will establish and maintain thermal and laser profiles, conduct feasibility studies, and support NPI programs across sites in Singapore and beyond, ensuring top-notch process capability and customer demonstrations.

Responsibilities

• Lead machine process optimization to enhance manufacturing efficiency and product quality in micro-laser jet soldering and related technologies
• Conduct customer sample runs to validate process parameters and ensure alignment with hardware capabilities
• Establish and maintain closed-loop thermal and laser profiles to support consistent high-precision manufacturing outcomes
• Perform process feasibility studies to evaluate and improve manufacturing processes for micro-electronics components such as camera modules, wearables, and semiconductor packaging
• Support cross-border New Product Introduction (NPI) programs by coordinating process validation and optimization across manufacturing sites in Singapore, Vietnam, China, and Korea
• Set up and manage customer demonstration runs to showcase process capabilities and support sales and technical teams
