Job summary

Lam Research Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a Field Process Engineer to serve as a customer-focused expert on Lam equipment, supporting installations, training, and design improvements. You will perform on-site support at customer wafer fabs, perform DOE studies, and help optimize process windows for new installations or hardware upgrades.

You'll collaborate with account teams to understand roadmaps, coordinate product demonstrations, startup capacity-additions, and generate reports.

Qualifications

Master's in Chemistry, Physics, Materials Science, or related field; or BS with 3+ years of relevant experience.
Graduate eligible for the role.
Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving ability.
Good verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
Willing to travel overseas.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with account teams and customers to understand roadmaps and requirements.
Coordinate with Global Product Group on product demonstrations.
Startup capacity-add Lam systems matching results to existing ones.
Design DOE evaluations to characterize process window for new installations or upgrades.
Conduct experiments, collect data, and generate reports.
Develop new processes for customer applications.
Maintain equipment and ensure safe working conditions at sites.
Support additional duties as assigned by supervisor.
