Job summary

Lam Research Singapore seeks a Field Process Engineer to be a customer-focused expert on Lam equipment, supporting installations, training, and upgrades at customer sites in the fab environment.

You will drive DOE studies, data analysis, and report generation while coordinating with account teams to align technology roadmaps and value-add opportunities, ensuring safe operations and equipment readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a relevant field.
• Masters degree preferred.
• Strong analytical mindset and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site support at customer sites within the fab environment.
• Perform DoE evaluations and document process outputs.
• Coordinate with Account teams and Global Product Groups for product demonstrations.
• Develop new processes for customer applications and support capacity additions.
• Maintain and troubleshoot Lam equipment and ensure safe working conditions at sites.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Chemical, Mechanical, Physics, Material Science, or related field

Masters of Science (preferred)
