Job summary

Lam seeks a Field Process Engineer to act as a customer-focused expert on our equipment, supporting installations, training, and identifying design improvements with product groups. You will provide on-site support at customer sites and work with wafer fabrication workflows.

Responsibilities include performing DOE, process evaluation, and documenting outputs relating to hardware installations and upgrades to existing systems, ensuring seamless integration with the manufacturing flow in Singapore

Qualifications

• Experience in field service and customer-facing roles.

You play a vital role in supporting the customer in installations, training, and identifying design improvements with product groups.Your portfolio includes providing on-site support at customer sites which include being familiar with customer wafer fabrication processing flow and techniques, addressing potential integration challenges with systems which impact or are being impacted earlier or later in the process flow. This includes Design of Experiment (DOE), process evaluation and documentation of process outputs relating to hardware installations, medications / upgrades to existing systems.
