Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant semiconductor industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues relating to semiconductor equipment, computer systems, software applications, and networked or wireless systems.
• Perform equipment installation, preventive maintenance, modifications, repairs, parts overhaul, and continuous improvement activities at customer sites.
• Serve as the key point of contact for customers on technical and administrative matters for assigned projects.
• Coordinate logistics arrangements and manage equipment-related activities with customers.
• Respond promptly to customer feedback and technical issues, providing effective solutions within agreed timelines.
• Monitor equipment performance and prepare regular service reports, updates, and recommendations.
• Escalate recurring customer issues and provide feedback to management to support service improvement initiatives.
