The Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) is seeking a proactive enforcement support officer to join the field-based team. You will conduct site visits, explain regulations to homeowners, tenants, and business operators, and assist with preparing inspection reports and notices.

This role emphasizes on-ground engagement, documentation of findings, and de-escalation during public interactions, with a first-year contract and potential continuation subject to performance assessments.

Qualificações

• Diploma or equivalent in civil/structural/engineering, architecture, building or related field; alternative: 3+ years enforcement experience.
• Minimum 3 years of enforcement-related work experience.
• Eye for detail, self-driven and able to multi-task while managing caseload.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good analytical and writing skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsabilidades
