Job summary

Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) in Singapore seeks an enforcement officer to uphold regulatory standards through field inspections, investigations and enforcement actions. You will engage with homeowners and businesses to explain rules, and manage enforcement workflows with careful, fair judgment.

The role requires a degree in a relevant field, strong communication, analytical and writing skills, and the ability to handle difficult conversations. Fresh graduates are welcome.

• Manage challenging interactions with the public using de-escalation techniques.
