Responsibilities

• Provide on-site and remote technical support for installation, configuration and troubleshooting.
• Deliver services on voice gateways, SBCs and UC platforms (Teams, Zoom, Webex).
• Conduct product demos and training for customers on capabilities and best practices.
• Diagnose and resolve issues, escalate to internal engineering when needed.
• Create and maintain installation guides, config references and troubleshooting procedures.
• Gather customer feedback to inform product improvements.
• Coordinate end-to-end technical implementations and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Provide after-sales support including periodic health checks.

Job Summary
A Field Application Engineer (FAE) provides technical support and expertise to ensure successful integration and adoption of our products and solutions within customer environments. The FAE acts as the bridge between our engineering teams and customers - troubleshooting issues, delivering solutions, and building lasting customer relationships.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide on-site and remote technical support for product installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Deliver professional services on voice gateways, Session Border Controllers (SBC - e.g. AudioCodes, Ribbon), and UC platforms (Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Webex).
• Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for customers on product capabilities and best practices.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues, escalating and collaborating with internal engineering teams where needed.
• Create and maintain technical documentation - installation guides, configuration references, troubleshooting procedures.
• Gather and relay customer feedback to inform product improvements.
• Manage and coordinate technical implementation projects end-to-end, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Provide after-sales support, including periodic health checks and issue resolution.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in application engineering, technical support, or a related technical role.
• Knowledge of networking, telephony, and VoIP strongly preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Clear communication skills - able to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Customer-focused mindset with ability to manage relationships independently.
• Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites (regional travel required).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
