Job summary

FLEXXON in Singapore is seeking a Field Application Technician to deliver technical support to customers and internal teams, manage RMAs, and contribute to product validation. You will diagnose hardware, software, and firmware issues and document findings to support quality improvements.

You will work closely with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and Sales to resolve field failures, perform tests, and prepare reports.

Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, Microelectronics or a related major.
• Excellent communication in English and Chinese; liaison with associates in China.
• 3-5 years of Field Application Engineer/Technician experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to customers and internal teams.
• Manage Return Material Authorization (RMA) activities.
• Diagnose hardware, software, firmware, and system issues; conduct fault isolation and root cause analysis.
• Prepare technical reports, troubleshooting guides and test procedures.
• Record and maintain RMA records and service history.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Sales, and Customer Service teams.
• Support product demonstrations and customer training.
