Job summary

Achieve Group is seeking a technically proficient engineer to provide primary technical contact for customers, addressing inquiries, offering MEMS/ASIC solutions, and troubleshooting complex issues.

Responsibilities include understanding product portfolios, gathering customer requirements, and communicating feedback for product improvements, as well as performing failure analysis and creating technical documents to promote adoption.

Qualifications

• Experience with MEMS device principles and fabrication processes.
• Understanding of basic ASIC design concepts.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to customers.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary technical contact for customers by addressing technical inquiries, providing product solutions, and troubleshooting issues.
• Develop a strong understanding of the MEMS and ASIC product portfolio and recommend suitable solutions based on customer application and chip performance requirements.
• Gather customer requirements, identify pain points, and communicate feedback to internal engineering teams for product improvements.
• Perform first-level technical support, including failure analysis (FA) and debugging, collaborating with MEMS, ASIC, and system engineering teams to resolve issues.
• Prepare technical documents, application notes, user guides, and presentations to enhance customer understanding and support product adoption.
