Job summary

Recruit Expert Pte. Ltd. seeks a Field Application Engineer / Technical Support Engineer to provide on-site and remote technical support at customer sites in Singapore, troubleshooting equipment issues and ensuring timely resolution.

The role involves equipment installation, setup, validation, and sample testing, coordinating project activities between customers and internal teams, and delivering training plus application documentation to support product improvement.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent in mechanical, electrical, or mechatronics fields.
• Minimum 2 years as Field Application Engineer or Technical Support Engineer in Semiconductor/Manufacturing.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel for customer support and on-site projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site and remote technical support; troubleshoot equipment and process issues; ensure customer satisfaction with timely resolution.

• Willingness to travel for customer support, equipment validation, and on-site project assignments.
