Job summary

AEM Holdings Ltd. is seeking a senior Applications Manager to translate customer requirements into reliable application solutions and to lead an Applications Engineering team.

You will drive technical execution from solution definition to production rollout, coordinating with multiple functions across the organization. The role emphasizes leadership, strategic planning, and hands-on involvement in test program development, system integration, and production ramp.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical, Computer, or Mechatronics Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in semiconductor test, ATE, instrumentation, application engineering, or test development.
• At least 5 years in a technical leadership or people-management role.
• Strong understanding of analogue and digital electronics, metrology, semiconductor test processes, system integration, and test methodology.
• Proven experience leading customer-facing technical engagements and production ramp activities.
• Strong project-management skills and ability to govern scope, resources, budget, risk, and schedules.
• Effective leadership, coaching, influencing, communication, and presentation skills in a global, cross-functional environment.
• Fluent written and spoken English; willingness to travel internationally.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the Applications Engineering team by planning resources and driving capability development.
• Define functional priorities, standards, processes, and measurable objectives.
• Collaborate with customers to translate requirements into practical technical solutions.
• Lead technical reviews, feasibility assessments, and provide input for quotations and SOWs.
• Serve as senior escalation point for complex customer issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Oversee application solution development across ABI, SLT, and ATE platforms.
