SingHealth Group Allied Health (GAH) invites you to join as Assistant Manager to support a strategic leadership programme for Allied Health Professionals across SingHealth institutions. You will provide operational management, coordination and secretariat support to drive workforce transformation and leadership excellence in Singapore's largest public healthcare cluster.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in any discipline with 2 years of experience.
Experience in administration and project management is advantageous, ideally in healthcare.
Strong verbal and written communication and good presentation skills.
Analytical thinker with solid planning and problem-solving abilities.
Able to multitask, meet deadlines, and stay organized.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and administer the Allied Health Leadership Programme from participant management to learning journeys.
Support curriculum planning, scheduling, implementation and content refinement.
Coordinate faculty, speakers, coaches and mentors including scheduling and logistics.
Manage procurement, vendor engagement, and program-related admin processes.
Track budget and ensure projects stay within expenditure limits.
Prepare dashboards and reports for governance, donors and management.
