Job summary

SingHealth Group in Singapore seeks an Assistant Manager to support the Group Chief Allied Health Professional in implementing a strategic leadership programme for Allied Health Professionals across SingHealth institutions.

You will coordinate and administer the AH Leadership Programme, manage participant logistics, workshops, overseas learning journeys, curriculum planning and scheduling, and liaise with faculty, coaches and partners to deliver a high-impact programme.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; two years' experience preferred.
• Experience in administration and project management in healthcare is advantageous.
• Strong verbal and written communication with good presentation skills.
• Analytical thinker with planning and problem-solving abilities and independence.
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities under deadlines with meticulous organisation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and administer the Allied Health Leadership Programme.
• Manage participant management, programme operations, and workshops.
• Coordinate curriculum planning, scheduling, and content delivery.
• Oversee procurement, vendor engagement, and programme logistics.
• Provide secretariat support for programme meetings and governance reporting.
• Monitor budgets, analytics and project effectiveness, ensuring alignment with scope.
