Job summary

RICHFIELD MARINE AGENCIES (S) PTE LTD is seeking a shipping operations professional to handle FCL export shipments, coordinate bookings, and prepare accurate documentation. You will support port call operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive efficiency by collaborating with cross-functional teams.

The role requires strong English communication and proficiency in MS Office, with experience in shipping agency and containerized shipments preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in a relevant field.
• Experience in shipping agency and containerized shipments.
• Proficiency in MS Office and shipping systems.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Handle FCL export shipments by coordinating bookings and preparing shipping documentation.
• Coordinate vessel operations during port calls to support husbandry services and vessel turnaround times.
• Prepare and verify full sets of shipping documents (B/Ls, cargo manifests) for regulatory compliance.
• Execute daily shipping operations and transactions with accuracy and timeliness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive continuous process improvements.
