Job summary

COLLARO MENSWEAR PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking a multi-skilled Fashion Retail Operations Assistant for a November–December assignment based in Singapore. The role focuses on quality control, inventory management, and coordination with partners to ensure timely deliveries, with a training period of two months included.

1. About you

We are looking for a multi-skilled person who can commit to working from November to December, and who fulfils the description below:

• – Detail-oriented:When you run quality control checks and schedule deliveries, you’ll need to exercise extra scrutiny to ensure we can deliver the best version of our products to the right address. As a Fashion Retail Operations Assistant, you’ll ensure that every step is executed correctly and hold our partners accountable to produce and deliver the orders timely


• – Accountable:There are many operational issues that can come up and mistakes that could happen, and we don’t have a culture of blaming each other. When such issues occur, you will not shy away from admitting your mistake, and you will fix the problem immediately without any reminders


• – Team-oriented:You will work with the Sales and Operations specialist closely, and we are looking for team players who look after one another

2. Requirements

• – Paper qualifications aren’t important, so it doesn’t matter if you have a NITEC, Diploma or Degree


• – Passion in fashion and menswear is a bonus


• – Working hours are Monday, Wednesday, Friday from 945am to 645pm


• – We are looking for someone who can commit to a minimum of 5 months, as training will already take 2 months

2. Roles & Responsibilities

• – Manage fabric inventory (includes lifting fabric rolls, simple cutting of fabric and conducting bi-weekly checks)


• – Assist in managing production, partners, and implementing quality control


• – Reply basic customer emails after learning our customer reply framework


• – Conduct basic quality control checks (includes ironing, measurements checks using measuring tape, cutting of loose threads)


• – Conduct order fulfilment with the use of delivery softwares

Note: The higher salary range are for candidates who have the relevant skillsets required of this role without training
