FU PTE. LTD. is seeking a Retail Sales & Operations Assistant to support daily clothing store operations in Singapore. You will handle sales, customer service, cashiering, stock management and merchandising display to ensure smooth store performance.

The role covers greeting customers, processing payments, managing stock, organising displays, and assisting with opening/closing procedures. Training will be provided, and candidates should be reliable and team-oriented.

Responsabilidades

• Assist customers with clothing selections, sizes, colours and product enquiries.
• Operate the POS system and process cash, PayNow and other payments.
• Receive, check, unpack and organise incoming clothing stock.
• Conduct stock counts and report stock discrepancies.
• Record stock movements and assist with transfers between stores and storage areas.
• Arrange clothing racks, shelves and product displays.
• Ensure merchandise is properly priced, labelled and presented.
• Keep the sales floor, fitting areas, cashier counter and stockroom clean and organised.
• Assist with new arrivals, seasonal displays and promotional setups.
• Assist with store opening and closing procedures when assigned.
• Maintain daily sales records and report operational issues.

Job Description

We are looking for a responsible and hardworking Retail Sales & Operations Assistant to support daily clothing store operations, including sales, customer service, cashiering, stock management and merchandise display.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales & Customer Service
  • Assist customers with clothing selections, sizes, colours and product enquiries.
  • Handle customer feedback, exchanges and basic complaints.
  • Operate the POS system and process cash, PayNow and other payments.
• Stock & Inventory Management
  • Receive, check, unpack and organise incoming clothing stock.
  • Conduct stock counts and report stock discrepancies.
  • Record stock movements and assist with transfers between stores and storage areas.
• Store Display & Maintenance
  • Arrange clothing racks, shelves and product displays.
  • Ensure merchandise is properly priced, labelled and presented.
  • Keep the sales floor, fitting areas, cashier counter and stockroom clean and organised.
  • Assist with new arrivals, seasonal displays and promotional setups.
• Daily Store Operations
  • Assist with store opening and closing procedures when assigned.
  • Maintain daily sales records and report operational issues.
  • Follow company procedures, retail policies and workplace safety requirements.

Job Requirements

• Previous experience in clothing retail, sales or store operations is an advantage.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Basic numeracy skills and the ability to handle payments accurately.
• Able to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks, including folding clothes and handling stock cartons.
• Responsible, punctual, organised and able to work independently or in a team.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays according to the roster.
• Able to communicate in English; able to speak Burmese is an advantage.
• Training will be provided for company procedures and POS systems.

Working Environment

Fashion and apparel retail stores. Hands-on work involving sales, customer service, cashiering, merchandising and inventory management.

Employment Details
