LOVET (S) PTE. LTD. is seeking a store operations professional to manage day-to-day activities across Orchard and HarbourFront outlets. You will oversee inventory, merchandising, and cashier functions while maintaining a high standard of customer service.

The role involves supervising staff, coordinating stock replenishment, and ensuring visual appeal and operational efficiency in a fast-paced fashion environment.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years fashion industry or related field preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Adaptable and able to thrive in evolving environments.
• Experience in fast fashion and e-commerce is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and handle pressure.

Responsabilités

• Manage day-to-day operations, inventory, merchandising, and ensure store readiness.
• Maintain store cleanliness and visual appeal for customers.
• Process cashier duties including payments, exchanges and returns.
• Coordinate stock replenishment with warehouse and drivers.
• Conduct weekly stock-takes to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Train and supervise retail staff, set performance expectations and motivate the team.

4 Days Per Week (3 Weekdays + 1 Weekend)
5 Days Per Week (4 Weekdays + 1 Weekend)

• Managing day-to-day operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and ensuring the store is well-stocked and visually appealing to customers
• Maintain the general cleanliness of the store
• Cashier duties which include and are not limited to processing payments, exchanges, and returns
• Co-ordinate with in-house driver and operations team to replenish stocks and transfers from the main warehouse
• Weekly stock-take to ensure inventory accuracy
• Training and supervising retail staff, setting performance expectations, and motivating the team to deliver exceptional customer service
• Ensuring excellent customer service standards are maintained, resolving customer complaints, and handling escalated issues promptly and professionally
  

Requirements:

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in the fashion industry or a related field/skill is preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are necessary for effectively communicating with customers and staff
• Adaptable, flexible, and able to thrive in a constantly evolving environment
• Experience in the fast fashion industry and e-commerce/similar is preferred
• Ability to work independently, handle pressure, and effectively manage challenging situations
