Job summary

Collaro Classic Menswear in Singapore is seeking an Operations Intern for a part-time internship (4 days/week), with a possible 3-day arrangement. If you continue after the internship, we may extend part-time work twice a week, with a prorated stipend.

The role involves quality control, inventory, production coordination, supplier liaison and order fulfilment. You’ll learn to interact with partners and support two sales specialists.

Responsibilities

• Manage fabric inventory and bi-weekly checks.
• Assist in managing production, partners, and QC.
• Reply basic customer emails using our reply framework.
• Conduct basic quality control checks and measurements when needed.
• Conduct order fulfilment with delivery software.
