Job summary

Shangri-La Singapore invites applications for an Events and Operations Manager to join the Family Experience team. You will oversee all Family Experience operations, programs and guest engagement, ensuring smooth daily delivery of buds by Shangri-La, Splash and related services.

The role requires strong supervisory and communication skills with a passion for hospitality, and at least five years of experience in a supervisory hospitality setting.

Qualifications

• Possesses at least 5 years of relevant experience with strong supervisory and communication skills.
• Have a pleasant disposition and passion in hospitality industry.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily Family Experience operations including buds, Splash, Recharge Café.
• Manages rosters, supervises team performance, ensures safety and facilities.
• Manages financial processes: profit & loss records, daily/monthly revenue reports, logbooks, inventory control, budgeting.
• Plans and executes activities and events, ensures health and safety standards, liaises with departments.
• Leads recruitment and onboarding of new staff, performance reviews and coaching.
