Job summary

Vision One Pte Ltd is seeking a gatehouse/visitor receptionist to manage visitor and driver check-ins at the factory. You will record details, verify documents, and coordinate with departments to ensure smooth deliveries.

The role requires strong communication, reliability, and meticulous record-keeping. Weekend or public holiday shifts may be required to meet operations needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum Secondary School education or equivalent.
• Experience in factory, warehouse, reception, administration or gatehouse preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to interact with visitors, suppliers, delivery drivers and employees professionally.
• Willingness to work weekends or public holidays if required.

Responsibilities

• Register all visitors, contractors and delivery drivers entering the factory.
• Record vehicle number, driver details, company name and purpose of visit.
• Verify delivery/collection documents where required.
• Contact the relevant department to confirm visitors or deliveries.
• Issue and collect visitor passes.
• Record vehicle entry and exit times.
• Direct delivery vehicles to the designated loading/unloading area.
• Maintain accurate gatehouse records and daily logs.
• Monitor employee attendance and access where required.
• Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, Purchasing and Administration regarding visitors and deliveries.
• Report any unusual situations, discrepancies, or difficulties to the Supervisor or relevant department for further action.
• Ensure the gatehouse and reception area are kept clean and organised.
• Perform general gatehouse administrative duties assigned by Management.
