Job Scope
Monitors and maintains current inventory levels.
Perform critical inventory tasks to ensure the correct amount of items are in stock.
Maintain updated and accurate records of inventory, including transfers and cycle counts
Records purchases, maintains database, performs physical count of inventory, and reconciles actual stock count to computer-generated reports.
Review documentation and monitor product codes to search for discrepancies; troubleshoot quantity discrepancies between stock and records.
Ensure that all the delivery in and out and production documents are recorded properly and input into our in house inventory system.
Planning the deliveries of materials and manpower.
Perform other administrative duties as required to ensure the smooth running of the factory office.
Requirements
