Job summary

HAID BIOTECHNOLOGY INDUSTRY (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. is seeking a capable Factory Attendant to manage front desk duties, welcome and record visitors and vehicles, and verify IDs.

The role includes routine plant and facility checks, upkeep of main walkways and greenery, and assisting management with daily tasks. Bilingual English/Mandarin communication is preferred. The position requires independence, reliability, and willingness to work on site at the Singapore facility.

Qualifications

• Open to Singapore Citizens or Permanent Residents (PR).
• No Security Officer licence required.
• Responsible, reliable, and able to work independently.
• Prior experience in factory attendant or similar roles is an advantage.
• Good command of both English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients.

Responsibilities

• Front desk duties: Record and register incoming and outgoing vehicles and visitors, verify identification.
• Factory patrol: Conduct routine checks around the factory premises, inspect fire equipment and facility status, ensure cleanliness and normal operation.
• Factory environment maintenance: Clean and maintain main roads and public areas, keep debris-free, perform daily greenery upkeep (watering, weeding, pruning).
• General support: Assist with day-to-day tasks as assigned by management, such as document delivery and material handling.
