Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma/ NITEC in Facilities Management, Engineering, Real Estate, Project Management, Business, or a related discipline.
• 2-3 years of experience in facilities management, workplace transformation, project coordination, transition management, or a related field.
• Strong project management and organizational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with clients, consultants, contractors and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Assist in responding to RFPs related to transition and transformation services.
• Assist in designing, developing and program managing transition and transformation protocols, processes and outcomes.
• Prepare detailed project plans and programs to manage Transition and Transformation activities at task level.
• Identify potential risks and assist in developing mitigation strategies.
• Support delivery of transition and transformation activities to meet deadlines.
• Manage personal inputs and outputs to comply with schedule and program requirements.
• Deliver high quality, accurate and value rich outputs as required by the manager.
• Demonstrate teamwork and act as a workplace and facilities management SME.
• Maintain professional relationships with internal and external customers, clients, contractors and stakeholders.
