Job summary

JLL in Singapore is seeking a skilled Facilities Technician to service our on-site operations, handling HVAC, electrical, and mechanical maintenance within a banking/financial facility environment. You will document work orders, manage preventive tasks, and coordinate with vendors to ensure safety and reliability.

This role requires a Diploma/Higher NITEC in related fields, with 3–5 years of experience and certification where applicable.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Higher NITEC in facilities management or related technical field.
• BCA-recognized certification in facilities management preferred.
• 3–5 years of facilities maintenance experience in commercial buildings.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance tasks including HVAC, electrical, mechanical work according to safety standards.
• Maintain and document work orders and inventories using Corrigo system.
• Conduct preventive maintenance on HVAC, electrical, and mechanical equipment; assist in shutdowns.
• Analyze system operations, diagnose issues, and take corrective action.
• Oversee tenant fit-out works and ensure compliance with authorities.
