Qualifications

• Diploma or Higher NITEC in Facilities Management, Building Services, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or related technical discipline.
• 3–5 years of facilities maintenance experience in commercial buildings, preferably in banking/financial institutions.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety systems, and equipment maintenance.
• Experience supporting AV systems or audiovisual troubleshooting in a corporate environment.
• Valid Work at Height (PWAH) certification.
• Knowledge of Singapore Building Control Act and health & safety requirements.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer-service skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance for building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, AV) per safety standards.
• Document and manage work orders, inspections, tool inventories, and projects in Corrigo.
• Conduct routine site inspections to identify faults and coordinate corrective actions.
• Support annual M&E shutdown activities and ensure service levels are met.
• Assist with event setups and AV equipment operations for meetings.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and disruptions with minimal business impact.
• Oversee tenant fit-out activities and vendor works to ensure compliance with rules and safety requirements.

Duties & responsibilities:

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance works for building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and related equipment in accordance with Work Health and Safety standards.
• Maintain and document all assigned work orders, inspections, tool inventories, and special projects using the Corrigo work order system.
• Conduct routine inspections and site rounds to identify faults, troubleshoot operational issues, and coordinate timely corrective actions.
• Support annual M&E shutdown activities and ensure all maintenance activities are completed within established service levels and timelines.
• Provide support for event setups and audiovisual (AV) equipment operations, ensuring smooth execution of meetings and events.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests, incidents, and operational disruptions while ensuring minimal impact to occupants and business operations.
• Oversee tenant fit-out activities and vendor works to ensure compliance with house rules, authority regulations, and site safety requirements.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum Diploma or Higher NITEC in Facilities Management, Building Services, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum 3–5 years of facilities maintenance experience within commercial buildings, preferably in banking or financial institution environments.
• Strong technical knowledge and hands‑on experience in HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, fire safety systems, and equipment maintenance.
• Experience supporting AV systems, event setups, or audiovisual troubleshooting within a corporate or commercial environment.
• Valid Work at Height (PWAH) certification.
• Knowledge of Singapore Building Control Act, occupational health and safety requirements, and relevant facilities management regulations.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills with the ability to work collaboratively across multiple stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

• BCA-recognized certification in Facilities Management or valid BCA Facilities Management certification.
• Experience using Building Management Systems (BMS) and computerized maintenance management systems such as Corrigo.
• Familiarity with preventive maintenance planning, scheduling, and execution within critical environments.
• Previous experience supporting facilities operations within banking or financial services sectors.
• Ability to respond effectively to emergency callouts and operational incidents.
• Experience coordinating vendors, contractors, and tenant fit-out activities in compliance with authority requirements.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining high standards of service delivery and operational excellence
