Job summary

Revup Proservices Pte Ltd is seeking a reliable and hands-on Technical Services Technician to support daily upkeep and functionality of our workplace across multiple floors. You will handle general maintenance, resolve technical issues, and ensure facilities remain safe, functional and well maintained.

This role offers opportunities to work with external vendors, perform preventive maintenance, and respond to maintenance requests with practical solutions, including after-hours work when required.

Qualifications

• NITEC, Higher NITEC or Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Building Services or related discipline.
• Experience in facilities maintenance or similar hands-on role.
• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing and general maintenance works.
• Good troubleshooting skills and ability to resolve day-to-day issues.
• Independent work style with collaboration to coordinate with vendors.

Responsibilities

• Handle general repair and maintenance works involving lighting, electrical points, plumbing, fixtures and other facility-related systems.
• Diagnose and rectify technical or maintenance issues in a timely manner.
• Conduct regular checks and preventive maintenance to keep equipment and facilities in good operating condition.
• Support workplace requirements such as air-conditioning adjustments, furniture movement and setup for meetings or events.
• Attend to maintenance requests from employees and provide practical solutions where required.
• Work with external vendors and contractors on scheduled servicing, repairs and maintenance activities.
• Monitor contractor works, including services that may need to be carried out outside normal working hours.
• Ensure work areas, tools and facilities are kept safe, tidy and properly maintained.

• Relevant experience in facilities maintenance, technical services or a similar hands-on position.
• Working knowledge of basic electrical, plumbing and general maintenance works.
• Good troubleshooting skills with the ability to resolve day-to-day technical issues.
• Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with colleagues, vendors and contractors.
• Responsible, proactive and attentive to workplace safety and maintenance standards.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility to work outside regular office hours, including occasional Saturdays, when operationally required.
