Job summary

Tyson Jay Management Pte Ltd is seeking a Facilities/M&E support professional to conduct routine inspections and assist with operation and maintenance of M&E systems at the Singapore site.

The role involves coordinating with contractors, maintaining records, and ensuring safety compliance while contributing to efficient facility operations.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, M&E Engineering or a relevant engineering discipline.
• Basic understanding of M&E systems and maintenance practices.
• Able to coordinate with contractors and work effectively in a site environment.
• Responsible, organised and willing to learn.
• Relevant facilities or M&E maintenance experience will be advantageous.

• Conduct routine inspections of mechanical and electrical systems and identify potential issues

• Follow site safety procedures and support compliance with applicable maintenance and regulatory requirements
