Job summary

ENGIE Services Singapore is seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer to monitor M&E systems across our site. You will identify faults, coordinate troubleshooting and ensure timely intervention to maintain reliability.

You will review contractor activities, support CAPEX planning and lead preventive maintenance. The role requires a diploma/degree in mechanical, electrical or engineering with at least 3 years of relevant FM/Maintenance experience, and solid Microsoft Office skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in facilities management/maintenance is required.
• Troubleshooting and fault diagnosis skills are essential.
• Good computer literacy with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Monitor M&E system performance across the site and identify faults for timely intervention.
• Act as escalation point for critical system failures and coordinate resolution.
• Review contractor activities and maintenance reports for schedules, quality and safety.
• Lead performance reviews, analyze energy use and lifecycle requirements.
• Maintain asset registers and preventive maintenance plans.
• Support A&A, projects and handover activities from vendor to site completion.
• Supervise maintenance technicians for preventive and corrective works.
• Foster good client/stakeholder interactions.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor operational performance of M&E system across the site, identifying faults, anomalies and system alerts for timely intervention.
• Act as the escalation point for critical system failures, coordinating troubleshooting, root cause analysis and resolution
• Review contractor activities, logs, and maintenance reports to ensure compliance with schedules, quality and safety standards of Singapore
• Lead M&E performance reviews, analyzing maintenance, energy use, costs and system reliability to drive improvement
• Maintain and update asset registers, preventive maintenance plans, and ensure alignment with asset criticality and lifecycle requirements.
• Conduct periodic technical assessment of equipment condition, maintenance quality and system readiness
• Provide technical input for CAPEX planning, lifecycle replacement and system upgrades, including cost benefits and risk analysis
• Support A&A, projects and fits out works of the site including invitation of vendor, coordination from handover to takeover for completion
• Executive and/or supervise maintenance technicians for all preventive/corrective maintenance works
• Foster positive day-to-day interactions with clients/customers, and other stakeholder

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree Qualification in a mechanical, electrical or engineering discipline with min. 3 years of relevant experience in related industry/fields of Facilities Management/Maintenance
• Proven experience in troubleshooting, fault diagnosis and implementing effective solutions
• Good computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft
• Demonstrate high professional integrity by maintaining an objective, neutral and collaborative approach to all workplace interactions
