Job summary

Tyson Jay Management Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a diligent Facilities Maintenance Technician to support M&E systems within the facility. You will perform routine inspections, assist with maintenance, and coordinate with contractors on preventive and corrective tasks.

The ideal candidate holds a relevant Diploma, understands M&E maintenance practices, and is prepared to learn and ensure safety compliance on-site. Prior facilities experience is advantageous.

• Responsible, organised and willing to learn.
• Relevant facilities or M&E maintenance experience will be advantageous.

• Maintain maintenance records, service documentation and equipment information.
• Provide basic facilities management administrative support, including work orders and invoice documentation.
• Follow site safety procedures and support compliance with applicable maintenance and regulatory requirements.
