Job summary

Tyson Jay Management Pte Ltd is seeking a site-based facilities maintenance professional in Singapore to perform routine inspections, support maintenance across structural, architectural, plumbing and civil works, and coordinate with contractors for preventive and corrective activities.

The role requires a Diploma in Civil Engineering or related discipline, a basic understanding of building systems, and a responsible, organized, learn‑minded attitude to thrive in a busy site environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine inspections of buildings and identify defects or maintenance requirements.
• Support the maintenance and upkeep of structural, architectural, plumbing and civil works.
• Coordinate preventive and corrective building maintenance activities.
• Liaise with contractors and service providers on maintenance and repair works.
• Monitor the condition of walls, floors, roofs, doors, windows and other building areas.
• Maintain service reports, work orders and relevant facilities documentation.
• Provide basic facilities management administrative support for maintenance activities.
• Follow site safety procedures and support compliance with applicable maintenance and regulatory requirements.
