Job summary

ANRADUS PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Facilities & Administrative Executive to oversee building facilities, safety compliance, and vendor coordination at Loyang.

The role supports engineers with PPE and safety gear, manages office operations, and ensures compliance with safety standards. The position offers a permanent contract, standard Monday–Friday hours, and a salary package with basic pay plus a twice-yearly bonus.

Qualifications

• ITE qualification in Building Services, Facilities Management, or a related discipline.
• 1–2 years of facilities or safety management experience.
• Basic knowledge of building maintenance and Singapore workplace and fire safety requirements.
• Fire Safety Manager certification or knowledge of the Workplace Safety and Health Act is advantageous.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with CMMS or BMS is an advantage.
• Able to perform minor hands-on repairs and work flexible hours when required.
• Organised, proactive, and able to coordinate effectively with vendors and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Inspect building facilities and report defects promptly.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance and repairs for HVAC, lifts, plumbing, electrical systems, and other facilities.
• Ensure office spaces, meeting rooms, and shared areas remain clean and functional.
• Monitor and replenish pantry, washroom, and office supplies.
• Perform minor repairs, such as replacing light bulbs and fixing locks.
• Coordinate cleaning, pest control, security, waste management, and other facility vendors.
• Obtain quotations, monitor vendor performance, and track contract renewals.
• Maintain facilities records, invoices, cost reports, and equipment documentation.
• Administer PPE, safety shoes, uniforms, and life vests for engineers.
• Conduct workplace safety inspections and support Risk Assessments, Permit-to-Work, and safe work procedures.
• Inspect fire safety equipment and coordinate fire drills, maintenance, audits, and regulatory inspections.
• Support WSH, ISO, regulatory compliance, renovation, facility improvement, and energy-saving projects.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
