Job summary

You will conduct routine inspections, identify hazards, prepare risk assessments, and support ISO audits while maintaining safety documentation.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a self-motivated, detail‑oriented approach with minimal supervision are essential. Experience in construction is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Relevant certification in Occupational Safety and Health, Environmental Health, Engineering, or a related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all site activities comply with safety legislation, internal policies, and ISO standards (e.g., ISO 45001).
• Perform routine site inspections, identify workplace hazards, conduct risk evaluations, and investigate safety incidents.
• Develop, maintain, and oversee safety and ISO-related documentation, including procedures, risk assessments, audit records, and compliance documents.
• Keep safety reports, performance data, and regulatory records accurate and up to date.
• Create safety presentations, reports, and training resources using Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• Coordinate safety briefings, toolbox talks, and employee safety awareness initiatives.
• Provide support during ISO audits and contribute to the ongoing enhancement of the company's safety management system.
