Job summary

THE MANAGEMENT CORPORATION - STRATA TITLE PLAN NO. 1673 is seeking a Facilities Manager with a Diploma in Facilities Management or related field. You will oversee projects, contracts, and M&E repair works, coordinating with technicians and authorities while ensuring compliance and safety at a fast pace.

You will also liaise with finance, admin, and security teams, assist in budgeting and forecasting, and cover Duty Manager duties on weekends as rostered. A 5-day work week is expected.

Qualifications

• Diploma in FM / Building Services / Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of facilities management experience.
• Independent, meticulous, tactful and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• 5-day work week.
• Required to cover Duty Manager duties on weekends on a rostering basis.

Responsibilities

• Handle projects assigned.
• Handle contract agreements.
• Coordinate ad-hoc rectification works with technicians.
• Manage M&E related matters and repair works.
• Oversee car park-related matters.
• Follow up with contractors on rectification works.
• Prepare and follow up on quotation exercises.
• Liaise with Authorities.
• Liaise with finance and admin staff for related matters.
