EDMUND TIE & COMPANY PROPERTY MANAGEMENT SERVICES PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to lead a team of Property Executives and Technicians, ensuring top‑tier building operation and compliance with client standards.

You will oversee day‑to‑day operations, manage maintenance schedules, and coordinate with tenants, consultants, and contractors to deliver reliable service and timely reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor/Engineering or related degree with 3–5 years in Facilities Management.
• Diploma with 5–6 years in Facilities Management.
• GMAP-FM certification is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Property Execs and Technicians for day‑to‑day building operations.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and client expectations.
• Submit reports in approved formats and maintain auditable records.
• Manage maintenance contracts and renewals for assets and services.
• Plan and drive green initiatives and cost‑efficient projects.
• Coordinate with tenants, consultants, and contractors on works and audits.
