Job summary

CPG Facilities Management Pte Ltd is seeking a capable leader to oversee a team of Property Officers in canton day-to-day facilities management operations in Singapore. Reporting to the General Manager, you will drive service delivery, safety, and regulatory compliance while coordinating with external contractors to ensure works meet contractual standards.

The role requires a Diploma/Degree in Facilities Management or related fields and 3–5 years of township management, including at least 2

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Facilities Management Services / Estate Management / Building Maintenance / Engineering or related fields.
• Minimum 3 - 5 years of direct experience in township management and minimum 2 years of experience in a managerial role.
• Good team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Able to work beyond normal working hours and on weekends/ PHs where required.
• Able to start work immediately or within short notice.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Property Officers in day-to-day facilities management operations.
• Establish and maintain partnerships with agencies and grassroots organizations to support the Town Council's vision.
• Liaise with external contractors to inspect and ensure works meet contractual standards.
• Ensure all contractual obligations of Service Agreements are complied with.
• Ensure maintenance and installation works conform to building and statutory requirements.
• Oversee building risk management, safety and security.
• Ensure works comply with Workplace Safety & Health Act and authorities’ requirements.
• Familiarize with procedures for applications, submission processes and enforcement matters.
• Organize training for upgrading the team’s skills.
