TALENT FIRST PTE. LTD. is seeking a night-shift Construction Safety Supervisor to oversee renovation, construction and maintenance projects.

You will coordinate with project managers, contractors, vendors and consultants to ensure smooth execution and compliance with timelines, budgets, quality, and safety standards. The role requires at least 3 years in construction or building maintenance, plus safety certifications (OSH, WAH, OFA).

Qualificações

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in construction, renovation or building maintenance.
• At least 1 year of experience in workplace safety management and/or renovation project supervision.
• Possess Occupational Health and Safety certification or equivalent.
• Possess Working at Height (WAH) training and valid Occupational First Aid (OFA) certification.
• Good knowledge of workplace safety regulations and construction site practices.
• Strong coordination, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and collaborate with different stakeholders.
• Must be willing to work on a permanent night shift, including weekends and public holidays when required.

Responsabilidades

• Lead night-site meetings and prepare relevant documentation, including progress reports, photographs and meeting minutes.
• Identify and resolve project-related issues, escalating concerns to management when necessary.
• Provide daily project updates and handover reports to the day team and management.
